Our primary goal is to build the largest non-profit audience on Pinterest. Secondarily, to make Pinterest the number one social media referral to Cornell Lab web properties.

Pinterest represents an exciting opportunity and untapped resource for Cornell Lab of Ornithology. First, since Pinterest is a platform of visuals, it allows the lab to successfully leverage its strong visual assets to drive engagement. Second, Pinterest is a valuable audience and aligns well with the Lab’s target demographic.

In order to take advantage of this platform, Media Cause developed a Pinterest strategy to accomplish the following: 1) build a large, engaged audience to build brand awareness and support and 2) increase website traffic and act as another lead pipeline for already existing lead nurturing campaigns.

We provide ongoing day-to-day social media support to Cornell Lab as well as the expertise and strategy needed to execute special campaigns on Pinterest.
