Media Cause Coordinators work alongside our Account Manager and Account Directors to help clients accelerate their mission. Coordinators have four primary roles on the team:

  1. Conduct research to help inform our account strategies
  2. Compile monthly client performance reports and analyze data to identify insights
  3. Implement digital marketing campaigns across the following channels: social media, email, search  and digital ads
  4. Keep projects organized and on track through effective project management

The ideal candidate has some experience with both nonprofits and digital marketing. Media Cause provides training in nonprofit strategies and digital marketing platforms so expertise in both areas will be gained on the job. More important that past work experience we’re looking for a people who have demonstrated the following intangible qualities:

Media Cause Digital Advocacy Account Managers are responsible for accelerating the growth and impact of organizations doing good in the world. They have four primary roles:

  1. Create digital marketing and communications strategies for nonprofits and social movements.
  2. Execute those strategies flawlessly using social media, email, search marketing, digital content, and paid ads.
  3. Review data and optimize performance regularly to ensure clients goals are reached.
  4. Manage client relationships and happiness.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience with both nonprofits and digital marketing, including at least 1-2 years of experience with online advocacy campaigning.

We’re looking for people with a passion for driving meaningful results for clients, a hunger to continue learning in the ever changing digital world, the ability to problem solve to overcome any challenge, a passion for helping teammates succeed and a strong desire to change the world.

  2. Execute those strategies flawlessly using social media, email, search marketing, digital content, and paid ads.
  3. Ensure client goals are exceeded; Manage relationships and happiness.
  4. Support younger team members with career development and account strategy.
  5. Close new business and upsell existing clients to grow your team.

The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience across both nonprofits and digital marketing industries. We’re looking for people with a passion for driving meaningful results for clients, a hunger to continue learning in the ever changing digital world, the ability to problem solve to overcome any challenge, a passion for helping teammates succeed and a strong desire to change the world.

We’re looking to grow our team with a front-end developer who can take designs and convert them into code efficiently. We build websites for nonprofits, advocacy campaign microsites, and landing pages for fundraising and email collection, and interactive impact reports. Our designers make them beautiful and functional. Our front-end developer’s job is to bring them to life.

Skills & Experience Required:

» WordPress Experience

» Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

» Good understanding of asynchornus request handling such as AJAX

» Ability to create web and mobile responsive templates based on design

» Ability to work with server side code such as PHP & Ruby on Rails

» Ability to to create parallax effects as the user scrolls through the page, or create a beautiful user experience through animations

» Knowledge in image editing tools such as Photoshop/Illustrator and Sketch

» Ability to maintain and debug existing projects

» Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

» Basic understanding of SEO: Title tags, H1-H6 tags, meta descriptions, sitemaps, and Schema

Our designers build beautiful websites from scratch that tell a story and inspire action—but that’s just the start. Responsibilities include new website builds and relaunches, branding and identity, advocacy campaign microsites, landing pages for fundraising and email collection, infographics that bring issues to life, impact reports, banner ads, and social media graphics.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of website and graphic design experience, including at least 1-2 years of experience working with nonprofits, social enterprises or advocacy campaigning.
